We’re looking for an intern (part-time, paid) to help out in all aspects of the business. Working closely with our CEO, COO, Marketing Manager, and Customer Support Lead, you’ll learn what it’s like to build and run a startup disrupting an industry and have the opportunity to contribute to our growth.
Answer phones and interact with customers
Respond to customer email inquiries and requests
Manage relationship and communication with customer leading up to and during delivery and pickup
Help with customer order fulfillment
Maintain customer database
Be point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service
Help with social media marketing effort
Occasional writing projects, e.g., blog posts
Carrying out research projects, e.g., market research
Other tasks and projects as assigned by CEO or COO
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in college
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfort interacting with customers both via phone and email
Familiarity with business software (e.g., Google Mail and Drive, Dropbox, Slack) and ability to pick up new software quickly
Attention to detail
Familiarity with social media
Driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work as part of a team as well as show initiative and work independently
Eager to learn and contribute

Payments will be at biweekly intervals.
Although this internship will start out as part-time (20 hours per week), for the right person this position could turn into a full-time and/or entry-level role with the company.
Occasional weekend work may be necessary.
