Customer Fulfillment Associate (part-time, paid) 
Louisville, Kentucky

We’re looking for a Customer Fulfillment Associate to help with our Louisville office’s customer fulfillment effort. You’ll work directly with our Louisville Customer Fulfillment Manager. You’ll be part of a vibrant young company and have a significant impact on its growth.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders
  • Clean and maintain Clublender’s inventory of golf equipment
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Customer Fulfillment Manager

Potential additional responsibilities:

  • Respond to email inquiries and requests
  • Be the point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service, by speaking with them over phone, chat, text, and email
  • Manage relationships and communications with customers leading up to and during the delivery and return of equipment
  • Facilitate the smooth return of equipment from customers’ delivery destinations
  • Brainstorming and devising logistics optimizations
  • Maintain customer database

Primary qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of organization
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative to work independently
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute

Bonus qualifications:

  • Familiarity with and/or interest in golf
  • Comfort interacting with customers via phone, chat, text, and email
  • Familiarity with business software (e.g., Google Mail and Drive, Dropbox, Slack) and ability to pick up new software quickly

Payments will be at biweekly intervals. Clublender is targeting an April 13th start date for this role, but may be able to accommodate an earlier or later date. We will need the candidate to be flexible with the daily work timing at the beginning of the engagement. We are imagining about four hours per day, morning and/or early afternoon Monday through Wednesday or Tuesday through Thursday. We intend the daily timing to become more consistent after a couple weeks of work.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders
  • Clean and maintain Clublender’s inventory of golf equipment
  • Fix any broken equipment in the warehouse
  • Help with carpentry projects around the warehouse

  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Los Angeles Customer Fulfillment & Operations Lead

Potential additional responsibilities:

  • Respond to email inquiries and requests
  • Be point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service, by speaking with them over phone, chat, text, and email
