Customer Fulfillment Specialist (part-time, paid)
Del Rey, Los Angeles, California

We’re looking for a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to help with our western US customer fulfillment effort from our Los Angeles headquarters. Your main areas of responsibility will be warehouse work and customer service. You’ll be part of a vibrant young company and have a significant impact on its growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain Clublender’s inventory of golf equipment.
  • Pack and ship customer orders.
  • Facilitate the smooth return of equipment from customers’ delivery destinations.
  • Be a point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service, by speaking with them over the phone, chat, text, and email.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle, reach, lift/move equipment weighing typically weighing less than 35 pounds, but occasionally more.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfort interacting with customers via phone, chat, text, and email.
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative to work independently, eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Bonus: previous experience using shipping software (e.g. UPS WorldShip, USPS, FedEx, etc); familiarity with and/or interest in golf.

Depending on fit and Clublender’s needs, this position has the potential to grow into a full-time role .

Customer Fulfillment Intern (part-time, paid)
Louisville, Kentucky

We’re looking for a Customer Fulfillment Intern to help with our eastern US customer fulfillment effort from our Louisville office. You’ll work in-person with a full-time Customer Fulfillment Manager, and remotely with our CEO, CTO, and Customer Fulfillment Team. You’ll be part of a vibrant young company and have a significant impact on its growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders
  • Be point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service, by speaking with them over phone, chat, text, and email
  • Respond to email inquiries and requests
  • Clean and maintain Clublender’s inventory of golf equipment
  • Manage relationships and communications with customers leading up to and during the delivery and return of equipment
  • Maintain customer database
  • Facilitate the smooth return of equipment from customers’ delivery destinations
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by CEO or CTO

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfort interacting with customers via phone, chat, text, and email
  • Familiarity with business software (e.g., Google Mail and Drive, Dropbox, Slack) and ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of organization
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative to work independently
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute
  • Bachelor’s degree, obtained or being pursued
  • Bonus: familiarity with and/or interest in golf
