In order to prioritize the safety and health of our customers and of our team, we currently are not accepting orders whose rental start dates fall on or before May 7th.

We appreciate, additionally, that the developments surrounding the coronavirus may be adding complexity and uncertainty to our customers’ travel plans even for dates beyond May 7th. As a result, we’ll be making a special effort, in the days leading up to shipping any equipment, to confirm whether our customers would like to keep or cancel existing reservations.

Additionally, for your safety and our own, Clublender reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any existing orders up until the time at which we would normally send the equipment.

Customers may cancel their orders for a full refund up until noon (in the timezone of their order destination) on the day that we’ll be sending their equipment. After that time and before the first day of the booking period, customers may cancel their orders for a full refund less $30 and any distance-related or expedited service-related shipping surcharges that had initially been applied to their order.

Our Transit page, as well as our communications after an order has been placed, are helpful resources for understanding when an order is scheduled to ship, but we encourage you to contact us with any questions you might have about an existing or prospective order.
