In order to prioritize the safety and health of our customers and our team, we will be deliberate in the resumption of customer fulfillment operations, taking into account federal, state, and local recommendations, including California and Kentucky’s statewide guidance and Los Angeles’s countywide issuance.
We will also be taking into account the local governmental recommendations in place at our shipping destinations. We will default to canceling and refunding orders requesting that equipment be sent to a state or municipality which has an active recommendation in place that conflicts with playing golf.
We’ll be making a special effort, in the days leading up to shipping equipment for any existing rentals with start dates during this period of time, to confirm whether our customers would like to keep or cancel existing reservations. For our safety and yours, for the moment Clublender is reserving the right to cancel and fully refund any existing orders up until the time at which we would normally send the equipment.
Customers may cancel their orders for a full refund up until noon (in the timezone of their order destination) on the day that we’ll be sending their equipment. After that time and before the first day of the booking period, customers may cancel their orders for a full refund less $30 and any distance-related or expedited service-related shipping surcharges that had initially been applied to their order.
